KKID On Request
We offer specially customised corporate programmes for individual organizations to suit their special requirement (at the managerial level and executives of manufacturing units, personnel in customer service centers, marketing, IT sector & other streams). Organisations that prefer to have exclusive programmes on any of the themes given here or any other themes can request for a special programme.

Out Bound Programme
Our out bound programmes are fully experiential learning without any classroom lectures. Learning becomes complete when concepts taught in the classrooms are put to test in challenging situations in a natural setting. Content of lectures are forgotten soon, but experiential learning always remains in the subconscious mind. Behavioral patterns of individuals emerge in such simulated situations.

KKID Organisation Re-engineering
We accompany Organizations in their journey of organizational development interventions and assist them with customized quality improvement programmes so that they can be more effective and efficient. This is done with a specially designed programme need analysis (along with you) and with a precision diagnosis of the existing systems and practices of the organisation.
